DELEGATION VISIT

As the wings of economic liberalization spread, it encompasses in itself the globalization of Indian Economy, eliminating political boundaries and providing immense opportunities in a worldwide scenario. Infrastructural development, healthcare and technical education, are spelled as the top priorities for a globalised India. Since its establishment in 1998, Dronacharya College of Engineering (DCE), Gurgaon has been involved in ongoing efforts of international collaborations, maintaining a strategically chosen network of foreign partner Universities / industries, faculty and student exchange programs.

As part of a nationwide initiative to improve the practical aspects of Engineering and Technology a delegation from East China Jiaotong University, China paid a visit to DCE Gurgaon on 19 October 2011. The group included experts from Engineering, Science, Sociology, Statistics and Public health sectors and was led by Professor Fan Yong. A delegation comprising Mr. Huang Zhilang, Mr. Fan Yong, Chen Shuisheng, Zhu Qixin were with a hope of collaborations with Donacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon in future. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Hon’ble Dr. Satish Yadav, Chairman Dronacharya Group of Institutions. The worthy Principal Prof. (Dr.) B. M. K. Prasad extended his gratitude towards the members for visiting the college. The members also had a look of the entire campus its infrastructure, various labs, library and class rooms etc.
