Innovation begins with creative ideas. We define innovation as the successful implementation of creative ideas within an organization. In this view, creativity by individuals and team is a starting point for innovation, the first is necessary, but not sufficient condition for the second. The club helps its members generate innovative ideas, communicate new technologies and develop the skills that can make a difference between success and failure in an organization. The pursuit to excellence involves continuously exploring new ideas and exploiting them for sustainable growth. |
Innovation club will help today’s students to keep inventing the future. In this pursuit, the club engages students and faculty to come up with creative ideas, process useful gadgets for the organization. |
The innovation club will involve various activities such as fabricating simple teaching-aid models, ergonomically designed light material handling devices, special items for final year projects, jigs & fixtures, 3-D models for machine drawing, innovative repairs to college eqpt. & fixtures, etc |
The club will be managed by the students so that their innovative potential can be used for the benefit of the organization. Staff members are always welcome to take part in any of the club activity. |

Preparation of 3D models for various machine/geometrical components on which study is carried out while studying Machine Drawing/Engineering Drawing. |
 |
Computer aided modelling for machine parts for better visualisation/analysis. |
 |
Fabrication of material handling trolleys which can be used in our workshop. |
 |
Simple repairs of various lab equipments which will enhance their skill in analysis of a problem & then carrying out necessary repair. |
